Phase 1: Clarify requirements and evaluate the possible solutions
After assessing the nature of the task, all participating specialists will make inquiries to arrive upon a possible solution approach and finally summarize the development plan in the form of an engineering report.
Phase 2: Lab model
The lab model is used to check whether the service performed will be able to meet customer needs in a series production at a later date.
Phase 3: Prototype
After successfully completing the lab model, a prototype is created at our prototype facilities.
Phase 4: Pre-production (0 series)
For the 0 series approximately 10-25 specimens are produced for the customer. The 0 series provides information about the series' degree of readiness, production costs and quality. With the data gathered in this phase future series production can be optimized.
Phase 5: Series production
Once all of the preceding phases have been completed successfully, the newly developed components can enter series production.
