The Fusion of Fiber Optics and LED

Our hybrid technology has allowed us to combine the advantages unique to fiber optics and LED technology. While LEDs continue to become more efficient and long-lasting, glass fibers still offer the advantage of a very homogenous light distribution. The Hybrid-Lightlines from Volpi offer LEDs as light sources, solidly integrated in a robust casing. The light from the LEDs is then coupled into the integrated multilayer woundstrips that converts it into an extremely homogenous linelight illumination.
