Log-in
You can also visit our shop as an unregistered guest and see all the product information. As a registered visitor, you can also see our final prices and order the products you want quickly and easily.
For the registration, we require your basic contact information as well as a valid e-mail address and a password.
After sending the registration request, you will shortly receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail contains an activation link. Your account will be activated only once you have clicked the link.
Password
During registration, you will select a password. You can change your password at any time in your account settings. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the link “Forgot your password?” and a new password will be sent to your e-mail address. |

Product groups
You can order our standard products on-line in our shop. The selection consists of the main categories “Light sources”, “Fiber optic illumination systems”, “Industrial LED illumination”, and “Accessories”. In the main groups, you can further navigate to the desired products or product groups.
Technical data
On the detail pages for the products, you will find all the available information on the products under the tab “Technical Information”. Alternatively, you can create a PDF of the technical data and save it locally on your computer. The link for this is always located under the product photo.
Purchase products
You can find the available product versions or appropriate accessories under the corresponding tab. With each mouse click, one product will be placed in your shopping cart. You can adjust the amount later in the shopping cart view. |

Finishing the Order, Shipping Costs and Payment |

Shopping cart
In the shopping cart view, you will see the amount, item number, description, unit price, and total price for each selected item.
Check-out
To continue, click on “To check-out”. On the next screen, you will see the overview of your order. You can enter your own parcel service account number in the comment field under “Delivery address”.
Payment
You can pay with Visa or MasterCard. In the next step, you will be taken to the payment window of our e-payment partner via a secure connection.
Shipping costs
We ship by UPS. The shipping rates for UPS Ground or Expedited will be displayed in the order overview.
Shipping on own Account
We do not charge for shipping if you provide us with your own parcel service account. To do this, select the appropriate option. You can provide the necessary information in a comment field under “Delivery address”. As soon as the goods are ready for delivery, we will notify you, so that you can provide your parcel service with a pick-up order. You are responsible for the shipping.
Finishing the order
After sending us your order, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation and an overview of your order. Our sales team will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with more information about your order. |

Prices
All prices in our webshop are given in USD.
Please note: our minimum order value is USD 50 (before shipping).
Value added tax and import duties
Currently, we charge the applicable value added tax for orders from New York
State.
All other orders are not taxed. Please note that these orders may be subject to taxes and duties in the country or state of delivery. All additional costs for customs and other import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Volpi USA has no influence on these fees and cannot provide information on their amount. Tariff regulations vary quite a bit from country to country. For more information, please contact your customs authority locally.
Please note: when ordering in the Volpi online shop, you as the recipient are the importer and therefore must obey all relevant laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the goods. |

We store no information in your personal account other than your basic contact information, such as name, address, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses.
Security standards
We work exclusively with an e-payment provider for credit card payments. For the payment procedure, you will be redirected to the payment window of the company Commtrain via a secure SSL connection. The payment system meets the current security standards and is certified with "VeriSign Secured", "Verified by Visa" and the "MasterCard Secure Code".
Please note that we will never ask you for your credit card information by telephone or e-mail. |
